Students: $550 CAD early / $650 CAD after May 19
Postdocs/Faculty/Academic/Non-Profit: $700 CAD early / $800 CAD after May 19
Industry/For-Profit: $800CAD early / $900 CAD after May 19
*Students are defined as full-time students enrolled for degrees or diplomas at a university or other institution and who do not hold full-time employment positions.
* Limited On Site registation is availble. Please note sessions, merchandise and social events are limited and will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
Accepted forms of payment are: Canadian Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Registration Fee includes:
Access to all sessions including keynote lectures, opening ceremony, concurrent and plenary presentations, community ICAR workshops, poster sessions
Refreshments at opening reception (1), coffee breaks (6), and poster sessions (2)
Buffet lunches (2)
Presentation of one poster during poster sessions
Abstract and program materials
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations prior to Wednesday, May 28 2014 will be refunded, but will incur an administration fee of $100 CAD. There will be no refunds after May 28 2014. Substitute participants will be accepted (though substitute abstracts may not be included in materials if not received by printing deadlines.)
